Cacao Nibs tumbled, Bachelor's Hall, Jamaica

Collections: Microbatch 2018, Revolution

Cacao, grown by our friend Desmond on his farm Bachelor's Hall. His 1,000-acre farm is beautifully located between Jim Crow and Blue Mountain fed by 2 natural springs. The farm grows an exceptional crop of Trinitario beans that are carefully fermented and systematically dried.

Cacao beans are roasted, shell took off and tumbled in dark chocolate. Experience the tiny bursts of nutty cacao flavour. Strongly addictive - the user may experience euphoria.
