Pepper: Kampot Peppers are grown in Southern Cambodia on small family-owned farms. Peppercorns are harvested by hand when green, then fermented to bring out a gorgeous pop of floral citrusy flavours.
Ginger: the quintessential warming spice, fresh Fijian ginger root cooked and candied. Floral, juicy and peppery.
Cacao: at the heart of chocolate making done up 2 ways— roasted cacao nibs from Ucayali River in the Peruvian Amazon and Dream Machine, our fudgey, fruity dark chocolate blend made with cacao from all over the world.
