what is Calamansi?
The small and mighty citrus from the Philippines. These little citrus are a big drippy burst of flavour- flavours of limes, mandarin oranges, and passionfruit in one fruit. Calamansi are the perfect balance of sour and sweet it's super fun watching peeps taste for the first time... pucker face, twinkle in the eyes, big BIG smile...repeat.
