Wild Orange Hot Chocolate

This orange oil is cold pressed from the rind of sweet oranges (Citrus Sinensis). The trees are free growing all over Dominican Republic, the fruit wild harvested. Dark chocolate made with cacao beans from Canoabo, Venezuela provide a deep rich base, the wild sweet orange singing through with refreshing citrus notes.

Made into a melty dreamy hot chocolate the addition of heat brings all the beautiful flavours together surrounding you in a energizing cloud of chocolate and orange. Enough for 2 people and some.

It’s easy to make. For 2 servings...

Bring 1/2 cup of water to a boil in small saucepan. Add 6 tablespoons of dry mix. Reduce heat to a simmer and whisk until thick and smooth. This is your liquid chocolate.

Serve 1/4 cup of liquid chocolate “as is” in a shot glass for an intense shot.

For a traditional mug, add 3/4 cup of warm milk or hot water to 1/4 cup of liquid chocolate
