A bar to celebrate the holidays. Pears from Niagara, sliced thin and slow roasted to look like magical glass ornaments. The pears are nestled onto a buttery base of caramel chocolate and finished off with a sprinkle of walnut crumble.

Festive and warm, a spark of joy to send out to your peeps while the snowflakes are fluttering around outside. Pairing tip: eat with the stinkiest blue cheese you can find, it’s aok to slather it straight on the bar.
