These almonds grown from an ancient variety called Filippo Ceo in the Puglia region of Italy are really really tasty. The small rounded nuts are sweet and fragrant with a buttery aftertaste and a doughy soft bite closer to Macadamia nuts. 

Raw. Best roasted at 175C for 10-15 min or until golden and fragrant.
