boozy Cherry Comet

Buttery and boozy. An intergalactic mix of brandy-soaked cherries, chocolate, gianduja (hazelnut chocolate) and roasted young pistachios. 

The cherries hidden within each comet are Amarenas, a dark sour cherry picked wild from the region of Emilia-Romagna. We marinade them in Brandy and a rich cherry syrup until they are sweet and luscious.

The comets are incredibly delicious- and huge (!) this year. (the size and weight of a duck egg) Bright and beautifully wrapped  to hang on your Xmas tree as an edible ornament. Makes a very lovely gift.
