Butter 2 ways,...When butter is warmed gently over low heat it bubbles and browns to a rich, toasty, nutty substance that we spin into a creamy rich gelato.
Toffee is sugar allowed to change, run a little wild. The cook has to be perfect, not too hard, not too sticky, just luscious with a soft buttery snap. Coated in milk chocolate and broken up into the gelato.
