Cantaloupe Sorbet


When these melons are cracked open our kitchen fills with an intense,  glorious sweet floral melon aroma. Spun without dairy the whipping gives it it's cute pastel pinky peach tone. Refreshing and creamy Cantaloupe sorbet is one of those holy frick that's good, big smile flavours.

Fun fact: Cantaloupes are called Muskmelons in Canada. Grown and cared for by the genius farmers at Thames River Melon farm 1.5 hrs West of us.

Gelato and sorbet is made in our kitchen that uses nuts (including tree nuts), eggs, fruit and milk/cream. Could contain traces of any of these ingredients.
