Dear lovely people who expressed interest in our chocolate maker's tasting,
It's finally here! Hope you can join us. This will be the last tasting in this factory space as we prepare to move next year.
Get a sneak peek into our secret Cacao Bean Lab, (usually closed to the public) and let us take you on a journey of the chocolate lands. You will learn how chocolate is made from farm to bean to bar followed by a very special tasting.
All are welcome, kids, adults, adults who are big kids :)
Learn how each cacao bean is sampled, roasted, winnowed, ground, conched, moulded and aged into a single bar of chocolate and how beautiful flavours are unlocked at each step of the chocolate making process.
Together we will taste different chocolate made with cacao beans from around the world. You will taste the rare Porcelana chocolate that won best dark chocolate in the world in 2015, a rough cut chocolate and to finish off - a collection of truffles to share with the group.
