A lovely late Summer harvest from the Niagara green belt. Stashed away in our freezer from last season allowing us to spin up rays of sunshine in the Spring. A sorbet to hold us until the weather warms.

What a beautiful surprise when Clay from Eboral Farms said he had perfect plums, and perfect they are. Damsons... Sweet and tangy deeply satisfying one of the most sought after plums for pie makers.

Gelato and sorbet is made in our kitchen that uses nuts (including tree nuts), eggs, fruit and milk/cream.
