Lemon Sorbet *factory exclusive

Lemons Sorbet are one of 2 flavours in Italy gelato aficionados will judge a gelato maker by. Lemon is one of those flavours that is deceptively simple. It should be whipped so its creamy (there's no dairy) in its frozen state  melting into a tangy refreshing experience. It should stretch when you pull it off the cup and have a beautiful balance of sour and sweet like a ray of sunshine on a rainy day.

Only available for pickup at our Brock Street factory.

Gelato and sorbet is made in our kitchen that uses nuts (including tree nuts), eggs, fruit and milk/cream.
