Caramel is sugar allowed to change, run a little wild. All that buttery richness with a bit of smokiness from the burnt sugar. Red miso is melted into the sweet cream giving the gelato a hearty hit of salty tangy umami.  Red Miso is fermented the longest out the miso types, the intense flavour is wonderful with the smokiness of the caramel.

Miso Caramel gelato pairs exquisitely with all the bright fruity berries of Summer, try it with the Black Raspberry and Malwina Strawberry...so so good.

Gelato and sorbet is made in our kitchen that uses nuts (including tree nuts), eggs, fruit and milk/cream. Could contain traces of any of these ingredients.
