Malwina Strawberries
We wait all year for this beautiful June berry variety from Niagara. Malwinas are only picked for 10 days. Firm, deep ruby red flesh throughout, intense berry flavour. We spin the strawberries with just a touch of fresh cream so it tastes rich and bursting with Strawberry sweetness.
Pompona Vanilla beans
Pomona Vanilla is extremely rare. After the beans are pulled from the Vanilla orchids each bean is meticulously massaged by hand to ensure that their oils are dispersed evenly. They come to us plump bursting with precious fragrant caviar. The flavours register on deep bass notes, roasted cacao, oaky, leather, allspice, dark rum and intense florals.
Dark Chocolate
This is the good stuff peeps each frozen bite melting into a lush creamy dark chocolate pudding in your mouth. Intense and sooo deeply satisfying. Made with beautiful cacao grown on Costa Esmeraldas Farm ( Mr Salazar) in Ecuador in our mini chocolate factory.
