Niagara Sovereign Coronation Grape Sorbet *factory exclusive

Picked on a gorgeous end of Summer day at our friend's home in Niagara on the Lake surrounded by grape vines and peach trees. The farmer generously let us do a small pick after their harvest. 

Coronation grapes taste like purple... musky and  sweet. Spun into a refreshing sorbet with very little sugar to let the grapey beauty shine through.

Just a tiny batch was spun (we ate more than we picked) very limited edition.

Only available for pickup at our Brock Street factory.

Gelato and sorbet is made in our kitchen that uses nuts (including tree nuts), eggs, fruit and milk/cream. Could contain traces of any of these ingredients.
