Niagara Peach Sorbet *factory exclusive

The peaches are so good this year. Beautiful deep peachy flavours juicy drippy I-don't-care-how-messy-it-is-to-eat good.

2 types of sorbet, 2 types of peaches the earlier more tangy Harrow Diamonds and the bigger sweeter Red Havens (picked after a big rain) grown and cared for by farmers Joanne and Dan. Their magnificent orchard is in the heart of the Niagara-on-the-Lake growing region.

The peaches are whipped and spun into a cloud-like sorbet the colour of a Niagara sunset. The sorbet is so creamy it's hard to believe it's spun without any dairy.

Gelato and sorbet is made in our kitchen that uses nuts (including tree nuts), eggs, fruit and milk/cream. Could contain traces of any of these ingredients.
