Roasted Hazelnut Gelato

The most beautiful hazelnuts of all are from the Piedmont region of Italy. The hazelnuts from this region are sweet and delicate. The indigenous trees in this area are protected, the rich land they are grown on a UNESCO heritage site and the birth place of the Slowfood movement.

To finish off Italian style place one single perfect biscotti on top. Beware once you do this once there's no looking back.

Gelato and sorbet is made in our kitchen that uses nuts (including tree nuts), eggs, fruit and milk/cream. Could contain traces of any of these ingredients.
