Roasted Marshmallow Gelato

Living in Canada means campfires. Gathering with your favourite peeps surrounded by the twilight of the forest, a roaring smoky fire rising into a starry night sky. One of the quintessential activities is roasting marshmallows on a stick. Rotating, burning just so, so the crust gets golden and crunchy while the middle gets hot and ooozy.
