For perfect toffee the cook has to be perfect, not too hard, not too sticky, just luscious with a soft buttery snap. Coated with dark chocolate and slow roasted almonds.
Seville Orange Slice
To candy, intensely orange slices are repeatedly soaked in a warm sugar bath and air dried over a 3 day process. Each slice is hand dipped in dark chocolate.

Packaging
Cuuute box ready to gift, all the treats in this box are wrapped in a beautiful beeswax wrap that can used over and over, give it a whiff it smells like honey. Yay to zero waste zero plastic packaging.
Storage
Happy Mama treats will keep for a couple weeks. Keep box in the fridge in a ziplock until ready to eat...the nicest eating experience is at room temperature.
