Agua de Jamaica (Hibiscus Iced Tea) Sorbet *factory exclusive

Agua de Jamaica is a tart and sweet super refreshing Hibiscus ice tea drunk throughout South and Central America.

Made with flor de Jamaica (Hibiscus flowers) and spices spun up into a cream refreshing Sorbetto. A beautiful way to chill out in deep Summer when the sun is shining and it's hot hot hot outside.

Fun fact: Flor de Jamaica is also know as Roselle, Caribbean Sorrel in Jamaica (not to be confused with Sorrel the herb) and Hibiscus flower (sabdariffa species). The flower of many names.

Only available for pickup at our Brock Street factory.

Gelato and sorbet is made in our kitchen that uses nuts (including tree nuts), eggs, fruit and milk/cream.
