Thank-you for all the support, especially the messages- it's deeply touching to connect to you all person to person. It’s these small interactions in the airwaves with each other that are at the heart of being human and more essential than ever. You keep us sane, you keep us energized with the human spirit.
Can't wait to see you all again soon.
King St. is our West end location located in the old textile warehouse district. We used to party and live in these old warehouses so it feels like home. The squeaky wood floors and the whistling of the old radiators give it just the right amount of charm.
This location is truffle central. The permanent collection of 26 truffles are hand made out of here. The production space also acts as an experimental kitchen where recipes are created, tweaked, tasted, and tweaked some more, until they are ready to be released. The bakery was previously located in a dark cramped corner of the Distillery location. The bakers are smiling now in a light-filled bakery where all our cookies and cakes are made with a view of the city. Bonus, the tree in the back is home to a cute squirrel named Norman and his family.
King offers our full collection of chocolate including gelato all year long for the diehard addicts. A secret seating area lies at the back of the space where you can sit back, relax with a hot chocolate and watch the truffles and cookies being made.
There are bicycle lockups right in front, and public transportation at our doorstep ( King St. or Spadina Ave streetcars). Car parking is across the street and south of us on Wellington St.
