Australian ginger is known for it's zingy peppery bite. Harvested from tender young roots, the ginger is bathed in a sugar syrup and dusted with sugar resulting in a soft and chewy candied ginger. 

The sparkly ginger chunks are coated in Dream Machine, our lovely dark chocolate blend made with cacao from our favourite farms and growing regions.
