Hong Kong's most iconic pastry... Dan Tat!! 蛋撻 are a mainstay at any Chinese bakery or as a last perfect bite at the end of dim sum. Round little tarts with an impossibly silky egg custard surrounded by delicate, flaky pastry. 

Done up as a baby bunny. Eggy custard chocolate that's "not tooo sweeeet" (got to make the Aunties happy). Melty and buttery with crisp pastry throughout, to transport you to the vibrant, neon streets of Hong Kong.
