Buttery and boozy.
At the heart of each golden comet is a perfect caramelized macadamia nut. The beautiful process takes place in our vintage copper panner. Toasty nuts tumble around as we build up layers of burnt sugar until golden and crunch.
Surrounding each nut gianduja, ( roasted hazelnuts and chocolate smooshed together until smooth) with pockets of whisky soaked cherries, passionfruit and toasted nuts.
The comets are incredibly delicious- and huge (!) this year. (the size and weight of a duck egg) Bright and beautifully wrapped to hang on your Xmas tree as an edible ornament. Makes a very lovely gift.
