This has been the secret IYKYK flavour for years. Phone calls, messages and coming in for recon missions there is a quiet but mighty Almond Gelato Aficionados Club that hoard this flavour when we spin up a batch. It's the chunks that make this a coveted one, chocolate, toffee, and roasted almonds bound together into very addictive butter crunch chunks.
The chunks hide in a beautiful Almond gelato. When Almonds are roasted all the beautiful toasty aromas and flavours are set free. Some gelatos need a gentler touch- deep nutty richness without the heaviness of a nut butter. We whip this until it's light and silky smooth.
