Challenge: make a chocolate sorbet that is still creamy and dreamy and chocolatey but...without any cream or milk. What do we add to replace the dairy you ask? More chocolate!! A bit more dense in texture than the gelato, insanely rich & chocolatey. We've spun it so it's still creamy, so successfully that peeps ask "Are you sure there's no milk or cream" Yes, we are sure. :). Can't have dairy and love chocolate? This one's for you.


Fun ways to snazz it up tested by our hardcore taste testers here ( ok you got us we just want to eat gelato all-the-time).

Add a melted Raspberry bar because deep dark chocolate and Raspberry- come On. Add a sprig of mint to fancy it up.

Drizzle with one of our drinking chocolates that do double time as chocolate sauce, wanna go one step further? Toffee bits or biscotti. Its not just instagram beautiful it's also delicious.


Gelato and sorbet is made in our kitchen that uses nuts (including tree nuts), eggs, fruit and milk/cream. Could contain traces of any of these ingredients.
