Honey Graham cookies

Graham cookies are the quintessential cookie. So simple in ingredients, so mind blowing when done perfectly.

Made with a beautiful deep-flavoured, wildflower honey by our our pals (bees and humans) at Rosewood Estates Meadery in Niagara. The Graham flour is coarse, cold-milled from Red May wheat and hand-scrubbed to break large bran particles into smaller bits. 

This is one of those cookies to seek out.
