mini Dark Bar- candied Ginger

Ginger is known for it's zingy peppery bite. Harvested from tender young roots, the ginger is bathed in a sugar syrup and dusted with sugar resulting in a soft and chewy candied ginger. We adorn little jewels of these by hand onto a base of great dark chocolate.
