Niagara is known for growing exceptional Cherries, red, black and golden cherries that range in flavour from honey sweet to squishy face tart. They're all so so tasty we decided to use them all. Leave no Cherry behind lol lol. 

We had a lot of fun blitzing, cooking, jamming and infusing all the gorgeous types of cherries to create the ultimate cherry gelato. Rich and magnificently decadent with juicy cherry bits for drama.

Only available for pickup at our Brock Street factory.

Gelato and sorbet is made in our kitchen that uses nuts (including tree nuts), eggs, fruit and milk/cream. Could contain traces of any of these ingredients.
