Spark of Joy bar- Brown Butter, roasted Pear and Walnut

Pears grown in the Niagara fruit belt, are given a warm spiced bath and slow-roasted transforming them in golden gems. The pears are nestled onto a luscious bar of brown butter chocolate and finished off with a sprinkle of slow-roasted candied walnuts.

Pairing tip: eat with the stinkiest blue cheese you can find, it’s aok to slather it straight on the bar.
