Gingerbread Toffee

One of the most popular and addictive (sorry) chocolate we make for Xmas.

Toffee is sugar allowed to change, run a little wild. The cook has to be perfect, not too hard, not too sticky, just luscious with a soft buttery snap. The toffee is steeped in the warming spices of gingerbread, and dipped in milk chocolate making this the fuzzy sweater, feel good chocolate of the season.

Pro tip: if gifting buy 2, although well intentioned this toffee is all too often eaten before it gets to its recipient. You'll thank us later.
