Cacao beans are roasted, shell taken off and broken into crunchy little bits. Usually we proceed to grind the nibs up and make them into chocolate but for these bars we left them as precious bursts of nutty cacao flavour on a base of creamy milk chocolate. Chocolate in 2 different forms on one bar. This is the dark horse of all the inclusions-  totally addictive.
