Mango Pomelo is a popular, refreshing dessert served up at late-night dessert shops in Hong Kong. Sweet mangos layered with juicy pomelos and coconut milk, eaten as a chilled soup to combat the Summer heat.
Pomelos are the largest of the citrus family. Pomelos are sweeter and less bitter than their grapefruit cousins... super refreshing. For this chocolate we used pink pomelos from Vietnam.
