Sweet, deep berry Strawberries and tangy Rhubarb, forever Bffs... a touch of Madagascar Vanilla to make them sing. All the juicy reds and creamy pinks make this the quintessential Summer flavour.

Malwina Strawberries
A stunning crimson June berry that are available for 2 weeks only in the Summer. Hands down the best strawberries we've ever tasted, grown by the lovely folks at Eborall farms.

Forced Rhubarb
Grows in sheds in the dark. The pale beautiful pinks and greens are from the lack of light, some growers still harvest with candlelight. The sprouts looking for light grow so fast farmers can hear it pop and squeak it’s way out of the soil. wow!

Forced rhubarb is tender, elegant and sweeter than the thick sour stalks of the summer variety. These beauties were grown an hour North of here by the fine peeps at Lennox Farms.

Gelato and sorbet is made in our kitchen that uses nuts (including tree nuts), eggs, fruit and milk/cream.
