Fresh Corn in Ontario is the quintessential sign of Summertime. We spin this with a touch of cream and salt to bring out peak sweet and juicy corniness. This gelato eats like a pillowy dream of swaying corn fields lit by the golden Sun.

These ears were grown and cared for by the nice folks at Welsh Brother's farm in Scotland, Ontario.

Gelato and sorbet is made in our kitchen that uses nuts (including tree nuts), eggs, fruit and milk/cream. Could contain traces of any of these ingredients.
