Chocolate Salami

It looks like salami, but we’ve kept the pigs out of it. Chocolate, almonds, cacao nibs, orange peel, figs and rum….boozy and spicy - perfect for sharing at parties. Its big enough for a group of people so slice it up on a cutting board and watch for the smiles.
