What is Gianduja?Gianduja is the magical transformation of a nut or seed and a chocolate becoming one. Couples with a love story for the ages. To make this fancy unicorn horn roasted sesame seeds ground into a buttery state is melted into a salted caramel chocolate.
The two are poured warm onto a granite slab and mixed by hand, folding into each other until the union is complete.
