Meini- Honey Corn cookie
Meini cookies look like buttery yellow suns, kissed by a wispy cloud of Vanilla sugar. They’re a perfect cross between cornbread and a cookie— crumbly, savoury and sweet with a kiss of Anise.

Bruti Ma Buoni
In Italian "ugly but delicious" Delicious, yes, ugly? No way, these darlings are shaped and baked into lovely cloud puffs. Crispy on the outside with a nutty meringue interior made with Tonde Gentile delle Langhe hazelnuts, a very special hazelnut grown only in the Piedmont region of Italy.

"Kisses from Alassio" Big soft chewy chocolate hazelnut cookies sandwiched together with a rich dollop of raspberry(!) chocolate.

A special super sized version of our much loved honey butter cloud truffle. A fluffy whipped ganache made with St Brigid's gorgeous barrel-churn butter, wildflower honey and a sparkle of Newfoundland Salt Company crystals.

Strawberry Rhubarb truffle
A tangy earthy twilight Rhubarb jelly floats above a sweet creamy Strawberry truffle. First crops of Spring.. forced rhubarb from Lennox farms and strawberries preserved from deep Summer.

A soft Italian triple cream cheese whipped and swirled around a tangy twilight Rhubarb jam ( rhubarb grown in the dark by Lennox Farm)

Our house gianduja ( roasted Piedmontese hazelnuts smooshed with dark chocolate until buttery) piped into little clouds, and bedazzled with blackcurrant sparkle

Orbs of buttery Macadamia nuts surrounded by layers of dark chocolate, salted caramel chocolate and tangy bits of passionfruit.

Packaging
Cuuute box ready to gift. The cookies and truffles in this box are wrapped in a beautiful beeswax wrap that can be used over and over. Give it a whiff it smells like honey. Yay to zero waste packaging.
Storage
Cookies and truffles will keep for a couple of weeks. Keep the box in the fridge in a air tight Ziploc bag until ready to eat. The nicest eating experience is at room temperature.
Contains wheat flour, dairy (cream, butter, cheese), tree nuts (hazelnuts and macadamia nuts) and honey.
May contain traces of peanuts.
