Join us... David and Cyn and our magical friends Mika and Satoshi from MIKA on an edible journey of Chocolate, Tea, and Coffee. Travel into the fascinating world of the most consumed, stimulating foods on the planet.
It's going to be a fun one, the group will make ceremonial matcha, eat, drink and pair chocolate with tea and coffee and learn how edible botanicals light up our brains. There will also be a very special gelato flavour spun for the group.
Tea: Mika and Satoshi are the owners of beautiful Mika a shop and creative space filled with tea, plants, gems from Japan and pottery made in their adjoining clay studio. Mika and Satoshi will take you on a trip to the land of tea in Japan then guide the group in a ceremonial matcha and hojicha making workshop.
Chocolate & Coffee: David and Cyn, owners of Soma will be your guides into the world of chocolate. With over 400 flavour compounds chocolate is one of the most complex foods in the world! So how does a single cacao bean become chocolate? Learn and taste how flavour is developed at each fascinating step of the journey.

To keep the experience intimate this workshop will be a small group. Plan something fun after because your brain is going to be lit up in the most beautiful way.
