Lemon Peel

To candy the peels, they are gently soaked in a warm sugar bath followed by air drying (spa treatment for lemons). These 2 steps are repeated until the right balance of sweet, bitter and tart are achieved in a preserving process that takes a few days.

We hand dip each peel in milk chocolate. Moist and chewy with a thin shell of chocolate - a deliciously classy treat.
