Seville orange peel, Montmorency cherries, Niagara quince & perfect Summer apricots grown by our pals at Eborall Farms.
Almond Praliné
Made in our vintage copper panner, gorgeous Puglia almonds are coated with layers of burnt sugar until each nut is surrounded by a golden shell of caramel. We save some to adorn with, the rest are smooshed into an impossibly more-ish soft crunchy filling.
