Chocolate for Chefs

Chefs are a breed apart – ok some of them are on the crazy side, we need to keep them happy, they have knives. Kidding aside we love our chef pals so we developed Chefs blend perfect for most recipes where a dark (70% and up) chocolate is called for. It is very low in cocoa butter, no vanilla and has a body of big cocoa flavours. It also works for savoury applications.
