Chocolate for Chefs
Chefs are a breed apart – ok some of them are on the crazy side, we need to keep them happy, they have knives. Our Chefs blend was first developed for our chef buds and can be inserted into most recipes where a dark (70% and up) chocolate is called for. It is very low in cocoa butter, no vanilla and has a body of big cocoa flavours. It also works for savoury applications.
When it comes to chocolate, Chef’s Blend is the correct substance to abuse. Note to chefs – don’t worry the food cost will take care of itself.
