Black Forest Gelato *factory exclusive

A Stracciatella that embodies all the rich flavours of a Black Forest Cake.

The base is Fior di Latte, lovely...fresh, milky and not too sweet. While spinning we pour in a melty stream of dark chocolate so when it hits the gelato it solidifies into ethereal little shards  that will melt again in your mouth. 

Brandy soaked cherries mixed in gives you little juicy prizes to seek out while eating. Finished with a sprinkle of dark chocolate curls.

Only available for pickup at our Brock Street factory.

Gelato and sorbet is made in our kitchen that uses nuts (including tree nuts), eggs, fruit and milk/cream. Could contain traces of any of these ingredients.
