Brown Butter Rum Toffee gelato *factory exclusive

When butter is warmed gently over low heat it bubbles and browns to a rich, toasty, nutty substance known as Beurre Noisette. We spin it into a sweet cream gelato and add toffee bits for a fun crunch.

While spinning we pour in “Dark Waters” Rum a single barrel release by Kinsip, the small and mighty distillery in Prince Edward County.

Chunky and boozy at it's finest.


Only available for pickup at our Brock Street factory.

Gelato and sorbet is made in our kitchen that uses nuts (including tree nuts), eggs, fruit and milk/cream. Could contain traces of any of these ingredients.
