Chocolate Stracciatella Gelato *factory exclusive

This gorgeous Stracciatella starts off with a rich dark chocolate gelato spun pouring a stream of melty dark chocolate into it (think chocolate chip but better.). Cold meet hot, fire and ice lol When the chocolate hits the gelato it solidifies into ethereal little shards that will melt again in your mouth.

About the chocolate
Gelato made with cacao beans from the superlative Costa Esmeraldas farm in Ecuador. The melty stream of chocolate is our lovely house chocolate Dream Machine dark.

Only available for pickup at our Brock Street factory.

Gelato and sorbet is made in our kitchen that uses nuts (including tree nuts), eggs, fruit and milk/cream. Could contain traces of any of these ingredients.
