Haskap (Honeyberry) Sorbet *factory exclusive

Collections: Gelato- Brock chocolate factory

A gorgeous fluffy cloud of Haskap Sorbetto. The colour, oh the colour, the deepest purple red...swoon.

Haskaps, also called blue honeysuckle or honeyberries— shaped like little fingers.  What do Haskaps taste like? ... everything berry, bursting with intense flavour — a mashup of blueberries, raspberries, and a splash of blackcurrant. Tangy, tart, jammy sweet with the texture of a grape.

Brought to Canada in the 50's the berries originate in Hokkaido, Japan by the Ainu people. Haskaps love the cold, growing wild in Northern forests across Canada. These Haskaps were grown and picked just a couple hours from here.

Rare find. Good for you too, Haskaps have 5X more antioxidants than Blueberries.

Only available for pickup at our Brock Street factory.

Gelato and sorbet is made in our kitchen that uses nuts (including tree nuts), eggs, fruit and milk/cream. Could contain traces of any of these ingredients.
