Hojicha Gelato *factory exclusive

Hojicha is roasted Japanese green tea. Roasting tea leaves changes its profile from grassy to deep smoky, dark caramel notes. We start with a Hochija latte and drop a bit a science to transform it into a beautiful fluff of roasty toasty gelato.

About the Hojicha

The tea is grown on small farms in Shizuoka, Japan at the base of Mount Fuji. Shizuoka Prefecture is one of the great tea growing regions of Japan.

Only available for pickup at our Brock Street factory.
