About Java Planifolia Vanilla:
Java Vanilla is huge, the longest of the pods in our ever growing Vanilla collection. Grown in the rich volcanic soil Indonesian islands are known for, at an elevation of 200-1200M. 

This Vanilla is all warm bass notes, spice, nutmeg, a lovely smokiness with a hint of liquorice.

Contains eggs and milk/cream. All our gelato and sorbet is made in our kitchen that uses nuts (including treenuts), eggs, fruit and milk/cream. All batches could contain traces of any of these ingredients.
