Kesar Mango Sorbet

Kesar mangos are called the Queen of all Mangos. When ripe their floral aroma will put you in a trance, their drippy juicy flesh so soft they can hold a fingerprint. This is sorbet territory only, nothing to mess or dilute the intense flavour of the Kesar. And that swoony colour, like a bright beautiful swirl of sunshine.

Gelato and sorbet is made in our kitchen that uses nuts (including tree nuts), eggs, fruit and milk/cream. Could contain traces of any of these ingredients.
