Made with the very special Malwina strawberry variety. We wait all year for this magical two weeks when Malwinas are available. Beautifully wonky in shape, with dark ruby flesh and a juicy "Oh, now that's a summer berry" flavour. Grown in the Niagara Green belt just an hour away by the lovely peeps at Eborall Farms.
We spin the strawberries with just a touch of fresh cream, rich and bursting with Strawberry sweetness. Sandwiched in between two fresh baked, vanilla sable cookies.
Perfect for picnics under a sky of fluffy clouds or an evening under the stars.
Only for pick-up at our Brock St. chocolate factory. OR Swing by the factory in person to nab one. :)
